This site provides general information about small estate procedures and a tool that compares your answers to statutory conditions and completes court forms from those answers. It is not legal advice and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws, limits and fees change; we cite the source for every rule so you can confirm it, and you are responsible for confirming it before you rely on it. Packets are provided as document preparation from your answers; refunds are given if your county's form is not covered. Attorney referrals connect you with independent licensed attorneys who pay a flat referral fee; we do not control their advice or fees. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
